Promotions and Deals

i. Clients cannot transfer payments (including deposits or full amounts) from a normally priced tour to a tour offered as part of a promotional sale or discounted deal. To secure a promotional package, a new booking must be made and paid for in full or in accordance with the promotional terms within the specified promotional period. This ensures fairness to all clients and adherence to promotional guidelines.

ii. Discounts and promotional offers cannot be combined. Any tour package purchased under a discount or promotional deal is not eligible for further discounts (birthday & returning client etc), credits, or offers. Promotional packages are sold as-is, and all terms and conditions associated with the promotion apply exclusively.

iii. Promotional and discounted tour packages are subject to limited availability and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the promotional quota is filled, regular pricing will apply, and no exceptions will be made.

iv. To qualify for any promotional or discounted tour package, full payment or the required deposit must be made within the specified promotional period. Failure to meet the deadline will result in the booking reverting to the standard tour price.

v. Bookings made under a promotional or discounted rate cannot be modified. This includes changes to travel dates, destinations, or package inclusions. Any desired changes will require a new booking at the current price.

vi. All deposits made for promotional or discounted tour packages are non-refundable. If a booking is canceled or altered, the deposit cannot be transferred to another tour or promotion and will be forfeited as per the promotional terms and conditions.

vii. Promotional pricing applies only to new bookings made during the promotional period. Previously booked tours are not eligible for retroactive discounts or adjustments, regardless of the payment status.

viii. Promotional or discounted tour packages are governed by exclusive terms and conditions specific to the promotion. These terms override standard booking policies where applicable and must be reviewed and accepted at the time of booking.
